JOHN CAMPANELLI - There's a great story unfolding on the 31st floor of 200 Public Square. At a clip of about eight new employees a month, Gabriel Partners is filling cubicles and adding good-paying, white-collar jobs to the downtown district. The company has gone from about 15 employees at the start of 2014 to about 100 today. If all goes according to plan, by the end of 2015, about 150 people will have filled the entire floor.
