- Someday I want to open my own business, a small egg farm maybe or a microbrewery — or a combination of the two. “Eggs and a Keg,” I’ll call it. If that ever happens, I figure I’ll have two paths to success: I can put in years of toil, make all the mistakes other people have made, learn from those mistakes and then flourish — all by the time I’m 80 or so.
